Lumbar Roll – Use of a lumbar roll can be a very important in improving and reducing the pain in your lower back.  The rolled up towel will promote the natural curve of the lower back and reduce the pressure on the joins, discs and soft tissues.   Sit all the way back into your chair and place the roll in the small of your back.
